1:1 Mindfulness Training


Training Introduction 


          # Research shows mindfulness can help leaders become less stressed, calmer, and more focused. Consider that mindfulness training is the foundation of being. Mindfulness practice and your leadership hero's journey can help you establish a savings account in your being. This is a rare opportunity for leaders to have a coach alongside them in a one-on-one mindfulness training. 


 

  • The course is curated from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction & Mindfulness Self-Compassion Program & Heart Math Coherence Technique.
  • The course is conducted live online via Zoom, with a 60-minute weekly session spanning 6 weeks.
  • Coach Ken Shih, a long-time meditation practitioner and teacher, will guide you through the training, theory learning, discussions, and practice.


        # I recommend working with me through this training and the Coaching Growth package simultaneously, which will provide you with a tailored 3-month coaching solution. This solution allows us to meet weekly, alternating between coaching and training sessions over time. 


Training Structure


Onboarding 

  • 1 hour of Orientation for free.

6 x weekly 60-minute live sessions

  • Week 1. What is Mindfulness
  • Week 2. How Perspective Shapes Experience
  • Week 3. Exploring Stress
  • Week 4. Emotional Regulation
  • Week 5. Challenges in Practicing
  • Week 6. Mindfulness Living


Mini Retreat

  • 3 hours Half Day Retreat for free (Basically on weekend - AM or PM)


Support throughout the course and beyond, each week, you will also receive

  • Guided meditation recording tailor-made for you to practice daily during the week. 
  • PDFs with background notes on each session's themes.
  • Reflective questions to help you integrate learning into mindful living.


Training Cost

 

  • 900 USD or 300 * 3 Installments.


Time Arrangement

  • Mutual consent will be obtained from Coach Ken Shih and the client.
  • Generally, it is held weekly, at the same time each week.
  • A 3-hour, Half-day online retreat is suggested to meet on the weekend between W5 and W6.
